WHEN WILL THE HOMES BE COMPLETED?
Right now, we are working on 4 homes that will be ready to move in by Spring 2021.
HOW BIG ARE THE HOUSES?
The homes will range from 1,930 sq ft to 2,694 sq ft.
WHAT ARE THE HOME PRICES?
They will be in the low 300s. However, you can contact us to find out exactly what the prices will be and how to make the home your own!
ARE YOU BUILDING MORE HOUSES?
We are building 24 houses in multiple phases. Right now, we are finishing up houses with alley access and are starting to build along the bluff! Call us now to visit our model homes and reserve your home!
CAN I DESIGN MY OWN HOUSE?
It is a possibility, depending upon multiple factors. Please contact us to discuss this option for your future home further.
CAN I CHOOSE THE TYPE OF KITCHEN CABINETS, PAINT COLORS, AND FLOORING IN THESE HOMES?
Absolutely! These options are available, at no extra cost, depending upon what stage of construction the homes are in when you decide to purchase it. Contact us for more details!
WHY ARE YOU BUILDING ONLY A FEW HOUSES AT ONE TIME? WHY NOT JUST BUILD THEM ALL TOGETHER?
We don't want our homes to look like they're cookie-cutter homes. We're building in phases of a few homes at a time so we can give each of them our proper attention and make sure that they are all unique and beautiful!
